The Welling & Crossley ED10.5KYE 10.5kVA Single Phase Standby Diesel Generator is a compact diesel backup power solution designed for dependable performance when mains supply is unavailable. Powered by a proven Kubota V1505-E2BG diesel engine and paired with a Crossley SLG series single bearing, 4-pole brushless alternator, this generator is built to provide reliable single phase standby power for residential, rural, commercial, workshop, and light industrial applications.

Supplied as a fully integrated Welling & Crossley power generation system, the ED10.5KYE comes complete with a remote start/stop control system, 90 litre diesel fuel tank, auto-start control module, and weather protective acoustic canopy. The acoustic canopy helps protect the generating set from the elements while reducing operating noise to approximately 70 dB(A) at 1 metre, or 63 dB(A) at 7 metres. The generator is mounted on a heavy duty fabricated steel base frame, with anti-vibration pads fitted between the engine, alternator, and frame to help isolate vibration and support smoother operation.

A trickle charge battery charger is also fitted to help ensure the generator is ready to start when needed.

The standard auto-start control module supports local or remote starting and provides key monitoring and protection functions, including alternator frequency and speed sensing, generator/load power monitoring, accumulated power monitoring, generator overload protection, engine speed protection, run-time scheduling, battery voltage monitoring, and static battery charging. It can also be configured to operate with an Automatic Transfer Switch for automatic standby power applications.
