Single-Phase Pump Protection & Control
Designed for 230V single-phase pumps from 0.37kW to 2.2kW, the Bianco NXT iProtect 1-22 provides intelligent monitoring and protection for borehole, pressure, transfer and drainage applications. Featuring advanced digital motor protection and selectable operating modes, it helps safeguard pumps against common electrical and operating faults while simplifying installation through integrated capacitor compatibility.
There are 3 primary control logic modes:
- ‘Drainage’ where control is concentrated at the source
- ‘Boosting’, which references pressure switching for control
- ‘Transfer,’ which is a mix of source and destination control
NXT IPROTECT PLUS 1-22 is especially useful to provide protection to single-phase ‘3 wire’ PSC-type bore pump motors. The casing has an internal space and a bracket to install the start capacitor inside the enclosure. By digitally monitoring the running current, the response time of the BiANCO NXT IPROTECT is superior to traditional analogue overload methods.
