A range of low cost, hand held stamps (Letter punch and number punch) used for marking single characters by indenting metal
- Manufactured from quality controlled Chromium steel allied to precise heat treatment, giving maximum safety in use, long product life and value for money. We do not use inferior carbon steel.
- All of our punches are softend at the striking end to make this end less brittle and reduce the risk of splinters.

Interchangeable Steel Type (IST) and Typeholders
|
Provides the perfect answer for all batch and general purpose marking.
Simply build a series of characters into a holder and produce a mark quickly with uniform legibility.
- Precision ground blanks to give clear marks of consistent depth.
- Clear character styles for a quality mark Hardened to 59-63 Rockwell C to give optimum life, and safety in use.
- Nickel plated - resists rust and gives good appearance
- Type can be used in a hand holder (to be hit with a hammer), or, for faster throughput, can be used in a machine holder (to be used in a press).
- Lowstress available for applications that dictate that lower stress levels are introduced into the component being marked.
- Safety note - as with all hand tools, we recommend the use of appropriate safety protection.

Numbering Heads

in a machine.
