Q. How to apply for access?
A. This Online Order Generator is only available to White International customers who have established an account with us (either direct or charge back). You will need to apply for access to receive your Username and password. To apply for access please click here and complete the form.

Q. What is my Username / Customer No?
A. If you order directly from White International, your Customer No can be found on a invoice from White International below Sold To field. If your order goes to your head office / buying group then you may have your Store Number as your username. If you are unsure, please click here and complete the form.

Q. I have forgotten my Password?
A. If you have forgotten your Username and / or Password, please click here and complete the form or call our customer service department. After submitting your request, we will email you your Username and password. This request may take up to 24 hours.

Q. How to search for products?
A. You can search for a product either by the White International Product code, the product barcode, or the manufacture code found on some products. Simply enter one of mentioned codes within the search fields then click submit. If the search does not return with the product, check the code you have entered (including any symbols) from the White International Catalogue / Price Lists.

Q. Why are there 20 search fields?
A. We have included 20 search fields to make submitting your request quicker for larger orders. If you have more than 20 products, simply copy the results to your email, word doc etc before clicking Reset to search for the next 20 products.

Q. Can I scan barcodes into the search?
A. Yes, if you have a barcode reader connected to your computer than click in the Search field and scan a barcode. Note: not all barcodes are loaded, it is better to use product codes.

Q. When I click "Print" on my internet browser, it does not print the order
A. By using your browser print button will only print the websites images, menu etc. To print the order, click on the Print button on the next page after entering quantity amounts. Note: you should complete purchase order field, contact name & delivery address before printing.

Q. How do I change the email address my order is sent to?
A. The "To" email address has been set to make sure your order goes to the correct department. If your store sends orders to your head office, parent store, purchasing officer etc, then email quote@whiteint.com.au with your request. We will customise your account to suit you.

Q. How do I change my email address / CC email address?
A. The CC email address is to send you a copy of the order submitted, so you don't lose copies of orders across multiple email accounts. To change the email address we send to (CC), click here and submit your request. If you would prefer multiple copies i.e. Purchasing Officer & Accounts both receive a copy, include that in your request.

Q. I have decided not to order a product from the order, how do I remove just 1 product?
A. Simply click the back button at the bottom of your page, until you're back to the search page. Remove the product number and click submit.

Q. What does Estimated Unit Price mean? How come it's not a guaranteed price?
A. Every effort has gone into ensuring that prices are correct and up to date, but due to the large amount of products, our pricing structure, freight charges, and minimum orders, the final price may be different to what is displayed on this online tool. This tool has been designed to assist you with placing orders via email. Our Customer Service Department will give you the final amount when processing your order.

Product No - This is a reference to the product line you searched by.

Brand - Displays the brand name of the product

Product code - will display the White International product code, even if you search by manufacturer code or barcode the search results will show our product code for ordering.

Description - is a brief description of the product used by White International. Some products have sizes, measurements, within the description but should only be used as a guide to identify the product. For actual specification on the product, please refer to the price list by clicking here

Estimated unit price - is displayed Ex GST and is based on your stores individual pricing structure set out by your White International Sales Representative. Please note that prices are only a guide via this site, for an exact quote please contact Customer Service

Product status - will display either Current or Discontinued. A product displaying as Current does not guarantee stock availability.

Minimum order QTY - Some products are sold in packs or have a minimum order quantity. If you try submitting your order with an Order Qty below the minimum, the number will be marked in RED. If this occurs go back and make sure you enter the correct quantity amount.

Order QTY - This is the amount of units you wish to order. Enter the quantity of products you require, not the number of packs (some products are sold in packs of 6,12 etc you just enter 6 or 12)
